Bed linens, household linens, bath towels, and cleaning products are included free of charge. Just unpack your bags; everything is ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions. MAINTENANCE We kindly ask you to continue to maintain our house daily. Examples: - Ventilate both bathrooms continuously: do not close the windows, even during the monsoon season. - Wipe the shower walls and floor with a squeegee and a soft cloth after each shower. - Clean up any spills as soon as they occur. To also watering our garden and plants (behind and before the house).We ask that you return our house as clean and tidy as possible, without any damage or removal of anything. SECURITY DEPOSIT To be paid by bank transfer no later than the day before your arrival: - from 1 month and up to 3 month (in relation with duration of your stay).
BILLING - In Thailand, electricity and water costs will be deducted from your security deposit based on your actual consumption. Example: for normal use of the air conditioning or cool fan mode, average cost is approximately 700 baht per week. government fee.Comparison of photos of the two meter readings between your arrival and departure. For stays longer than 1 month: payment of all services including, water system, electricity, Internet and building management fees etc. - In case of loss or other damage, these costs will also be deducted from your security deposit. Please take care of our accommodation daily: - Ventilate continuously through the two bathrooms on the ground floor and upstairs by keeping the windows open but with the mosquito nets closed. - Immediately notify the owner of any damage, breakage, or loss before the check-out inspection. - Leave the accommodation as clean and tidy as possible: walls and floors, equipment, dishes and cutlery, bathroom grout, linens, and furniture.
